Hand-picked by our Masala Chefs, these spices are all 100% natural and sourced from only the best grades available in the market. They are then cleaned, sun-dried, roasted and carefully blended using our own, Raman Spice family recipe. The texture of this blend itself is slightly coarse compared to other spice blends. This is to ensure all the flavours and aroma from the Tandoori Mix remains intact while it’s being grilled.
